This one is a real gem. We were able to get our hands on an old bourbon barrel that had been used to age some cherry bitters. The aromas from this barrel were truly incredible. We filled the barrel with some amazing Sumatran beans and let it age gracefully. The result is a wonderfully complex coffee that really does leave you smiling. Coming in at a medium roast, this one has notes of cherry, vanilla, clove and cinnamon. This one is another one of our limited release single barrels, so you're going to want to get your hands on this before its gone forever!
