This collaboration between Stave & Bean and Montecristo features our high grown, single origin El Salvadoran beans that were barrel-aged in a hand selected Peerless bourbon barrel. The barrel, dubbed "Wildberry Pancakes", was selected for Montecristo and Phillips & Kings. The beans were aged to perfection in the Peerless barrel rick house in downtown Louisville, and they were roasted to a medium profile by Quill's Coffee. The natural sweetness of the high quality El Salvadoran beans accentuates the stone fruit and maple syrup profile of the barrel, making this a well rounded and overall wonderful product. Very limited quantity.
